Ajay Kumar is a partner with Ajay Kumar and Associates. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He founded the firm in 2002 and is responsible for managing audit and outsourcing services for local and international clients. His experience other than audit involves, forensic data analysis, business process transformation services, due diligence reviews, international offerings and Governance and risk compliance areas. He has 15 years professional experience (including 11 years as partner). Ajay's industry experience is in Outsourcing services, consumer business, Telecom and manufacturing.

Vijayalaxmi has been associated with the Firm since November 2013. She is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She brings with her over 23 years of experience in FMCG & Outsourcing businesses. She started her career with Hindustan Unilever (HUL) and had held senior positions in the company in a career spanning 15+ years. She has also been associated with Capgemini & TVS Group. She oversees the delivery and reporting requirements of key clients.

Rangarajan has been associated with the Firm since August 2014. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in Auditing, Banking and General Administration. He started his career with ICICI Bank in 2001 and became an Indian Administrative Services (IAS) officer in 2005. He had served in Assam as an IAS officer for 3 years before returning to ICICI Bank in 2008 handling large corporate relationships till July 2014. He is responsible for delivery of services to key clients of the Firm and also for business development in Financial services/allied sectors.

Sanjay Kumar has been associated with the Firm since inception. He brings with him over a decade of experience and has been in charge for delivery of services to entire clientele of the Firm. His experience includes handling physical verification audits, market audits, data analysis, forensic audits & account reconciliation audits. He is well versed with Finance and Accounting modules of SAP, Oracle & other ERP packages. He manages the entire man power planning & finance function of the firm for timely delivery of services to all our clients.
